專家簡介：

Zhang Wei University of Hawaii Professor

張微 美國夏威夷大學(xué) 教授

Dr. Wei Zhang obtained an M.S. in Statistics and Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin. Her main research areas include: health and illness, aging and life course, neighborhood and health, and quantitative research methods. Her research centers on social determinants of health disparities across various race/ethnic groups in the U.S. and among older Chinese adults in China and in the United States.

張微教授在德克薩斯大學(xué)奧斯汀分校獲得統(tǒng)計學(xué)碩士學(xué)位和社會學(xué)博士學(xué)位。她的主要研究領(lǐng)域包括：健康與疾病、老齡化與生命歷程、社區(qū)與健康以及定量研究方法。她的研究重點是美國不同種族/民族群體間以及中國和美國老年華人間的健康不平等的社會決定因素。

He Jingwei The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Professor

和經(jīng)緯 香港科技大學(xué) 教授

Dr. He Jingwei is a professor at the School of Public Policy and Acting Director of the Institute of Public Policy at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore, specializing in the public policy process, health care policy and social policy reform. Dr. He has published more than 70 papers in international academic journals such as Policy Sciences, Governance, Public Administration Review, Policy Studies Journal, and Social Science and Medicine. He has also been recognized as one of the top 2% of scientists in the field of public administration by the Stanford University Global Academic Influence Rankings for three consecutive years. Moreover, Dr. He also serves as the Associate Editor of the Journal of Asian Public Policy. In 2025, he won the Scholar Award for Transitional and Developing Economies from the International Public Policy Association, becoming the first Chinese recipient of the association's three major individual awards.

和經(jīng)緯是香港科技大學(xué)公共政策學(xué)部教授、公共政策研究院署理主任。新加坡國立大學(xué)李光耀公共政策學(xué)院公共政策學(xué)博士。主要研究公共政策過程、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生政策和社會政策改革，在Policy Sciences, Governance, Public Administration Review, Policy Studies Journal, Social Science and Medicine等國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文70余篇。在斯坦福大學(xué)全球Top 2%影響力科學(xué)家排行榜上，連續(xù)三年在公共管理學(xué)科榜上有名。和博士兼任Journal of Asian Public Policy副主編。他于2025年獲得國際公共政策學(xué)會轉(zhuǎn)軌及發(fā)展中經(jīng)濟體學(xué)者獎，是學(xué)會三大個人獎項的第一位中國籍得主。

Tang Guanhong Queen Mary University of London, UK Associate Professor

唐冠虹 英國倫敦瑪麗女王大學(xué) 副教授

Dr. Tang Guanhong is an associate professor at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies of Queen Mary University of London, the Director of the Dual LLM in Commercial Law (London/Singapore), and a doctoral supervisor in comparative commercial law. She has served as an associate professor of law at Northumbria University and the Course Leader of the LLM in Information Rights and Practice. She also worked as an associate professor of civil and commercial law at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Dr. Tang specializes in fields such as copyright law, comparative intellectual property and cyber law, as well as the public interest and the law.

唐冠虹是倫敦瑪麗女王大學(xué)商法研究中心副教授、商法雙學(xué)位碩士項目主任（倫敦/新加坡），以及比較商法的博士生導(dǎo)師。她曾擔(dān)任諾森比亞大學(xué)法學(xué)副教授以及信息權(quán)利與實踐法學(xué)碩士課程負(fù)責(zé)人，并曾任上海財經(jīng)大學(xué)民商法副教授。唐博士的研究領(lǐng)域包括版權(quán)法、比較知識產(chǎn)權(quán)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)法，以及公共利益與法律等。

Cheng Yang Aalborg University Associate Professor

程楊 丹麥奧爾堡大學(xué) 副教授

Cheng Yang is an Associate Professor at the Department of Engineering Management at Aalborg University in Denmark. His research primarily focuses on operations and production management, emphasizing process optimization and efficiency enhancement. With a solid academic foundation in this domain, Cheng Yang has published numerous papers in esteemed international journals, including the "International Journal of Operations and Production Management" and the "Production and Operations Management Society." His work has significantly contributed to the advancement of knowledge in the field of operations and production management.

程楊是丹麥奧爾堡大學(xué)工程管理系的副教授。他的研究主要側(cè)重于運營和生產(chǎn)管理，強調(diào)流程優(yōu)化和效率提升，擅長案例研究。在該領(lǐng)域擁有堅實的學(xué)術(shù)基礎(chǔ)，程楊在包括《International Journal of Operations and Production Management》和《Production and Operations Management Society》在內(nèi)的UTD 24國際知名期刊上發(fā)表了多篇論文。他的工作對運營和生產(chǎn)管理領(lǐng)域的知識進步做出了重要貢獻。

Xiao Hanyu The Education University of Hong Kong Associate Professor

肖漢宇 香港教育大學(xué) 副教授

Xiao Hanyu is an Assistant Professor of the Department of Social Sciences and Policy Studies at the Education University of Hong Kong. His research interests include corruption, anti-corruption reforms, government transparency, public budgeting, and administrative accountability. His recent publications appear in Policy Studies Journal, Governance, Environmental Politics, Public Administration, Policy & Society, Administration & Society, Public Money & Management, Social Indicators Research and some Chinese journals.

肖漢宇是香港教育大學(xué)社會科學(xué)與政策研究系的副教授。他的研究興趣包括腐敗、反腐敗改革、政府透明度、公共預(yù)算和行政問責(zé)。他最近的成果發(fā)表在《政策研究雜志》、《治理》、《環(huán)境政治學(xué)》、《公共行政》、《政策與社會》、《行政與社會》、《公共財政與管理》、《社會指標(biāo)研究》和一些中文期刊中。

Ni Rong Nanyang Technological University Research Assistant

倪蓉 新加坡南洋理工大學(xué) 助理研究員

Dr. Ni Rong currently works as a Research Fellow at the Nanyang Centre for Public Administration (NCPA), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She was a visiting scholar at the Centre for Science and Technology Studies (CWTS) of Leiden University in the Netherlands. Her main research fields cover science and technology policy, research management, open innovation, and artificial intelligence applications.As the first author or corresponding author, Dr. Ni has published numerous papers in journals such as Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology (JASIST), Journal of Informetrics (JOI), and Scientometrics (SCIM). She also serves as a reviewer for journals including Plos One, Quantitative Science Studies, and Humanities and Social Sciences Communications.

倪蓉是新加坡南洋理工大學(xué)公共管理研究生院（NCPA）的助理研究員（Research fellow）。曾是荷蘭萊頓大學(xué)科學(xué)與技術(shù)研究中心（CWTS）訪問學(xué)者。畢業(yè)于上海財經(jīng)大學(xué)，獲得管理學(xué)（公共政策方向）博士學(xué)位，主要研究領(lǐng)域包括科技政策，科研管理，開放式創(chuàng)新和人工智能應(yīng)用。目前，倪博士的研究重點聚焦于人工智能在科學(xué)研究中的應(yīng)用。倪博士以第一作者或通訊作者身份在Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology (JASIST), Journal of Informetrics (JOI), Scientometrics (SCIM)等期刊發(fā)表多篇論文，并擔(dān)任Plos One, Quantitative Science Studies, Humanities and Social Sciences Communications等期刊的審稿人。
